Do you have a favourite Tangle Teezer? My girls can’t get enough of the new Tangle Teezer for kids and I have just discovered my all-time fave!
A must-have tool for mums, the humble Tangle Teezer is what you need to detangle and tackle knotty hair. I am currently coveting the Smoothing Tool and my girls love their Magic Flowerports which is the colourful Tangle Teezer for Kids.
Fun Fact About Tangle Teezer
The hugely successful yet humble Tangle Teezer appeared on Dragon’s Den many moons ago. The Dragon’s didn’t seem to see the genius of the detangling brush, with one of them calling it ‘hair brained’.
Yet the Tangle Teezer website crashed after that episode of DD aired with all of us trying to get our hands on the brush to end all knots.
Why TGM Loves the Tangle Teezer
- You can use them on wet or dry hair
- They sort out knots without breaking hair
- They have so many designs/colours/collaborations making it OK to have 4!
- They make great gifts (stocking fillers)
The folks at Tangle Teezer HQ have now expanded the hairbrush line even further. And my two new faves are the updated kids Magic Flowerpot hairbrush and the Smoothing Tool for blowdrying my own hair.
The Tangle Teezer Smoothing Tool
This Tangle Teezer’s take on the paddle brush which is used as a tool to smooth down frizzy bits when drying your hair. It does not get hot when using it with my hair dryer, which is what I have found with many of my other styling brushes.
Expect the same effortless detangler but with a bit of help when it comes to taming your hair. I don’t use any additonal product with the Smoothing Tool as it does the job all on it’s own.
Tangle Teezer for Kids – The Magic Flowerpot
The Tangle Teezer for kids is the nifty Magic Flowerpot. We keep ours at the front door so that I can do a quick brush before we head to school each morning.
The pots are really useful because you can store clips and hair ties in them. Also, the new Magic Flowerpots have a section on the top of the brush to add your own picture or photo. So no fighting over who’s brush is who’s.
