I have a major crush on Elizabeth Scarlett, a luxury homewares brand that I stumbled across on Instagram. It is a collection of dreamy textiles adorned with gold-lined embroidery motifs.
You know those evenings when you lie in bed and the sheer exhaustion of motherhood has you ready to nod off? And then a quick last-minute Instagram check somehow ends up with you scrolling away an hour later? That’s how I came to hear of Elizabeth Scarlett and I couldn’t look away.
Founded by textile designer Elizabeth Scarlett Elsey, this well-praised brand is popular with decor editors and fashion bloggers alike.
The team at Elizabeth Scarlett very kindly sent me two cushions (pictured above) which made a perfect addition to my daughter’s “big girl room with a bunk bed”. She is really fond of the Palmier Cushion in pink velvet because it’s rather snuggly.
I am currently coveting the Palmier Beach bag (below) made of white cotton canvas and adorned in her iconic embroidery. Its glam, chic and roomy enough to carry my own beach gear as well as my girls’ gear.
Her most recent and third collection, The Natural Beauty Collection, inspired by her travels. Expect to find new motif’s in the form of lavender, jasmine and bamboo. And the Balinese palm leaf which I am pretty sure has become a number one seller.
She also has a soy candle range that marries up with textile collections and have some wonderful fragrance combinations.
“The Elizabeth Scarlett hand painted designs which include iconic pineapples, palm trees and jungle leaves, as well as delicate jasmine, lavender and bamboo plants are currently stocked in some of UK’s leading outlets such as Fortnum & Mason, Amara Living, Graham & Green, Fenwick stores and 50+ independent boutiques worldwide.”
